Judy has over thirty years of staffing experience. She has managed local, national and international offices on four continents. In addition to owning and operating her own company in Hawaii and on the mainland, Judy has been as a Franchise Owner, Regional Vice- President, Division Vice- President, National Sales Manager, and COO, with an extensive background of managing teams to perform searches for a broad spectrum of talent requirements for clients in diverse industries. Ms. Bishop is a well-respected thought leader and in-demand speaker on workforce staffing, women in the workforce, and talent sourcing. Judy is fully involved in the day-to-day operation and responsible for the complete satisfaction of Bishop & Company’s candidates, contract employees, and client companies.
Deb Merwick, SHRM-SCP
Consultant—IT/Executive Recruitment, Program Manager
Deb consults to Bishop & Company for all IT recruitment, as well as benefits administration, accounting, and all client management reporting. She manages Bishop & Co.’s DoD contracts, and supports bidding and proposal efforts for new business opportunities. Deb is the contact person for any internal technology issues, and serves as Bishop & Co.’s Facility Security Officer (FSO). Deb has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Information Systems (MSIS), and is an active SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is a member of the Hawaii Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the American Payroll Association (APA), and is the Treasurer of Hawaii Compensation Group (HICOMP).
Erinn Tomlinson, PHR
Director of Executive Search
Erinn N. Tomlinson is our Director of Executive Search, with 20 years of comprehensive experience in recruiting, corporate training and human resource management. At Bishop & Co, Erinn is an industry leader in full life cycle recruiting and business development. She has established relationships with entry-level candidates to C-Suite and Sr. Executives. She has diverse industry experience including hospitality, telecommunications, healthcare and higher education, with a successful track record recruiting for both for-profit and non-profit organizations, varied specialties in technical, middle to executive level management, human resources, sales & marketing, finance and more. Certified by HRCI as a PHR ( Professional in Human Resources), DiSC, TALinsight, Inside Out GROW Coaching and Achieve Global, she is experienced in sales and customer acquisition, account management, and customer service; is an active listener and problem-solver, excelling at attracting and matching talent and is an effective motivator and coach of individuals, teams, line staff and senior management.
Tracie Foglia
Executive Recruiter
Tracie brings over a decade of Talent Development experience to Bishop & Company, serving executive leadership, management, sales, operations, service, retail sales and leadership development functions in such diverse industries as tourism, hospitality, education, building materials, and retail. As an Executive Recruiter, her mission is to create positive, synergistic, results-driven connections. She serves as a leader with in-depth expertise in networking, coaching, operations, and recruitment and is passionate about connecting outstanding talent with upward organizations. Uniquely she is a Wedding Officiant and Motivational Speaker and started her career as a Sommelier. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, having lived and worked abroad. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Business, Spanish Philology, and Latin American Studies. Tracie is a certified Korn Ferry Leadership Competency Coach, Franklin Covey Certified Facilitator, and Emergenetics Associate. Tracie excels at guiding people and teams while helping companies improve and evolve. She has been a Hawaiʻi resident for 13 years and resides on the Big Island, supporting both our Oahu and neighbor island markets for all recruitment needs.
Nicole Politte
Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter | Manager-Administrative Division
Nicole brings over 10 years of staffing experience to Bishop & Company, specializing in administrative, customer service, human resources, and non-profit placements. She holds a degree in Communications from California State University, Chico State. Nicole has the ability to connect with people, leading to successful placements for both clients and candidates. She is passionate about enhancing peoples’ lives both professionally and personally. In her spare time, she volunteers with Make-A-Wish foundation, continuing her passion for helping those around her.
Audrey Putz
Technical Recruiter
Audrey comes to Bishop & Company with several years of experience in the staffing industry. Starting out in light industrial recruiting, she broadened her skill set to include administrative and customer service positions in a variety of industries, including finance and healthcare. She earned her B.S. and M.S. in Sociology from North Dakota State University, where she took courses that developed her understanding of how individuals navigate their social world, including their work environment. Here, she also developed her analytical, technical, and interviewing skills which she puts to use each day. In her role, she is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and managing temporary employees. She enjoys creating successful connections between candidates and clients to help meet their career and business goals.
Emily Reckas
Payroll & Billing Specialist
Emily comes to Bishop & Company with several years of retail experience in customer service and employee supervision and training. In addition to her years in retail, she also has 6 years ‘ experience managing the office of a small business where she ran the day to day operations, dealing especially with clients and billing. Emily is now primarily responsible for Bishop & Company’s weekly payroll and billing and is excited to be supporting IT recruiting and expanding her administrative and HR knowledge!

Executive Recruiter
Christine launched her recruitment career at Southwest Airlines and then went on to work for several other companies, including Bank of Hawaiʻi, Kaiser Hawaiʻi, Safeway Corporation, AT&T Mobility, and the ACLU of Northern California. She has worked in recruiting for over 20 years. As a certified human resources professional, with her PHR and SHRM-CP, she has worked to develop others and initiated change management projects. She enjoys helping employees grow and stay in the organization. Christine attended a course at U.C. Berkley in negotiation and has been fascinated by that subject ever since. A board member for USTA Hawaiʻi, she does volunteer mock interviewing for HS career classes and works with Hawaiʻi Literacy. Christine also has a passion for tennis, cooking, and entertaining.
Shrina Todoroki

Shrina joins Bishop & Company in acquiring talent for the Administrative Division. She brings 10 years of administrative and clinical healthcare experience, 8 years of administrative support knowledge in the educational sector and served as HR Generalist in the manufacturing industry. Her passion for service continues as a member of the Hawaiʻi Chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Shrina believes in positive engagement, values integrity and practices change and innovation to foster quality results!
Denelyn Enriquez

Denelyn comes to Bishop & Company with nearly 5 years of recruitment experience with one of the largest food chain companies in the Philippines. From sourcing, interviewing, to onboarding, her team managed the high-volume staffing needs across the country. Building positive and strong relationships by prioritizing the needs of both clients and candidates is her foundation in providing quality service as a recruiter. In her current role, she is responsible for hiring administrative and customer service positions. Denelyn is passionate about making a positive impact to the lives of the candidates by going above and beyond to assist them find the best matching position to meet both their passion and career goals.
Trisha Kido

Trisha brings to Bishop & Company nearly 3 years of experience in job placement and candidate coaching. She strives to keep candidates engaged across the interview and hiring processes for administrative and customer service positions. She brings several years of education experience with the Hawaii Department of Education in addition to many years of volunteer services. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and continued her professional education earning a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
