Judy has over thirty years of staffing experience. She has managed local, national and international offices on four continents. In addition to owning and operating her own company in Hawaii and on the mainland, Judy has been as a Franchise Owner, Regional Vice- President, Division Vice- President, National Sales Manager, and COO, with an extensive background of managing teams to perform searches for a broad spectrum of talent requirements for clients in diverse industries, and is involved in the day-to-day operations of Bishop & Company, ensuring the complete satisfaction of clients.
Erinn Tomlinson, PHR
Executive Recruiter
Erinn is an Executive search, talent development, and human resources professional with 20 years of HR-related experience in Hawaii; she has a degree in Communications and is a certified by SHRM as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources). She has an extensive background in talent acquisition, concept-to-execution leadership, and training development programs, curriculum development, and instructional design, organizational change, and team building. A problem-solver, Erinn excels at attracting and matching talent and is an effective motivator of senior management.
Deb Merwick, SHRM-SCP
Consultant—IT/Executive Recruitment, Program Manager
Deb consults to Bishop & Company for all IT recruitment, as well as benefits administration, accounting, and all client management reporting. She manages Bishop & Co.’s DoD contracts, and supports bidding and proposal efforts for new business opportunities. Deb is the contact person for any internal technology issues, and serves as Bishop & Co.’s Facility Security Officer (FSO). Deb has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Information Systems (MSIS).

Christine launched her recruitment career at Southwest Airlines and her resume includes Bank of Hawaiʻi, Kaiser Hawaiʻi, Safeway Corporation, AT&T Mobility, and ACLU of Northern California. As a certified human resources professional with her PHR and SHRM-CP, she has worked to develop others, initiated change management projects, and enjoys helping employees grow and stay in an organization. Having attended a course at U.C. Berkley in negotiation, she has over 20 years in recruiting. A board member for USTA Hawaiʻi, she does volunteer mock interviewing for HS career classes and works with Hawaiʻi Literacy.
